Pivot Proposals offers subscription-based access to premium features. Our subscription plans include:
- Free Tier: Limited features with no payment required
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with recurring charges
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually with recurring charges
Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

3.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
- Your saved proposals and data will be retained according to our data retention policy
3.3 No Partial Period Refunds
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital service and instant delivery of AI-generated content, all payments are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated and you have access to premium features, the service is considered delivered.
4.2 Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Technical Issues: If our Service was completely unavailable for an extended period and we failed to deliver the service
- Billing Errors: If there was a clear billing error on our part
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a transaction was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
4.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address and transaction details
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or screenshots
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- Once a refund is initiated, your premium access will be revoked
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as content is provided "as-is")
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Lack of use of the Service during the subscription period
- Issues arising from user error or misunderstanding of features
- Incompatibility with your device or browser (please check requirements before subscribing)
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Requests made more than 7 days after the transaction
6. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. No refunds are provided for charges incurred after the trial period ends.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If prices increase, you will be notified at least 14 days before your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continuing your subscription after being notified of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to all data and proposals
- Inability to create new accounts with the same payment method
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes (GST). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
